Close Buddy is a real-time AI sales assistant for phone calls. It listens while your rep is on a call and shows them what to say next when the customer raises an objection, hesitates or shows buying interest.
During a call, Close Buddy transcribes both sides of the conversation as it happens. When it recognises an objection such as price, timing or "we already use something", it shows the rep a suggested response on screen, usually in under a second.
Reps call straight from the Close Buddy Dialer in their browser, using a phone number assigned to them. There is nothing to install on the rep's computer.
Yes. In Training, a rep holds a spoken practice call with an AI client that raises real objections, and gets coaching hints and a score afterwards. New reps get up to speed in weeks instead of months.
Every call is scored and analysed automatically: a summary, the objections that came up and how they were handled, sentiment, follow-ups and anything that needs a second look. Managers see this per call and per rep.
Your organization chooses: record with a spoken notice, record only when the person agrees, or never record. The notice is played automatically on every call, and what each person was told is stored with the call.
Your organization sets the retention period, from deleting right after processing up to 90 days. Expired data is deleted automatically, and the deletion runs are visible in your dashboard.
Close Buddy includes the tools a controller needs: configurable data retention, recording consent, a register for access, correction and erasure requests with their deadlines, breach notifications, and a processing report for auditors.
No. Your organization's calls and transcripts are not used to train shared or third-party AI models.
Plans are bought per organization and include a number of seats and monthly AI tokens, with calling and training minutes allocated to each rep. Enterprise plans are priced per contract.
The organization owner buys the plan, gets phone numbers, builds AI assistants and gives each member their minutes, numbers and assistants. Members make calls, practise and see their own call history.
